“Pockets of Time” is a multisensory performance and work-in-progress that explores the role and presence of memory in our life through the senses, including sight, sound, taste, and smell. Performed with live musicians and actors, it is a collage of fragmented thoughts and scenes meant to mimic the fleeting moments of times and the pockets of time that we carry with us. Subjects it touches on include digital collective memory, the simulacra and memory of cities, dementia, and love. The piece is meant for a small audience in an intimate setting.
